A cultural policy further stimulates Saint-Quentin’s vibrant
cultural community life. This policy was established in 2004, which
marked the 400th anniversary of a francophone presence on Canadian
territory. A committee has been appointed to uphold the principles and
goals of this new cultural strategy.
